Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist to join our minimally invasive imaging team. In this specialized role, you will assist physicians during image-guided procedures used to diagnose and treat a variety of conditions, including vascular diseases, cancer, trauma, and organ dysfunction.

Key responsibilities include preparing procedure rooms and equipment, positioning patients, maintaining sterile technique, operating fluoroscopy and other imaging systems, and assisting with catheter insertions, biopsies, drain placements, and embolizations. You’ll monitor vital signs, administer contrast media as needed, and ensure accurate documentation of procedures and images.

This role requires technical precision, critical thinking, and the ability to function under pressure in high-acuity settings. You’ll collaborate closely with interventional radiologists, nurses, and anesthesiologists in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment that combines radiology, surgery, and critical care.

Requirements and Qualifications

BLS certification
